Reflect on Module 3 (30 minutes)


In this Module, we explored ways of integrating grammar and skills teaching. First we looked at the benefits and limitations of this instructional approach. After that, we looked at specific strategies for integrating skills and grammar in one lesson.

Think about what you learned about integrating grammar and skills teaching. Complete the following sentence stems in your journal (you will not submit this reflection through Canvas):

    Selecting an appropriate task for a particular group of students is the first and perhaps most important step in ensuring the success of a TBLT lesson.
